ZUS Buddy Plushie Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept Return & Exchanges for:

  • Plushie: Major and severe quality issues where it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
  • Hooks: Broken or non-functioning keychain hooks.
  • Character Card: Missing or incorrect Character Card to the plushie inside the box.
  • Logo tags: Upside-down of logo tags.
 
We do not accept Return & Exchanges for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Plushie:
    • Not getting your desired character.
    • Minor aesthetic imperfections (slight misalignments, loose threads, small traces of excess plastic).
  • Boxes:
    • Dented or damaged boxes where the plushie inside is undamaged.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Return & Exchange requests can be submitted via Customer Happiness team or at any outlet where you intend to pickup the replacement.
  • Our team (CH or outlet baristas) will assess and confirm the eligibility of the item based on the reported defect.
  • If the item qualifies for exchange, a form will be provided to collect your purchase details along with any supporting images or videos of the defect.
  • Exchange requests are only accepted within 15 days from the purchase date and must include proof of purchase.
  • The ZUS BUDDY must be returned in its original condition, including the plushie and character card, at the selected outlet indicated in the form, along with the receipt and your personal details.
  • Returns can be made:
    • On the spot, if you are already in the outlet, or
    • During collection of the replacement, once notified.
  • The replacement will be delivered to the outlet within 2 weeks*. Please await notification from the outlet before returning to collect your item.
  • Defective items will be exchanged for the original character, subject to stock availability. If the original character is out of stock, a substitute random character will be provided.

ZUS Buddy Plushie Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept Return & Exchanges for:

  • Plushie: Major and severe quality issues where it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
  • Hooks: Broken or non-functioning keychain hooks.
  • Character Card: Missing or incorrect Character Card to the plushie inside the box.
  • Logo tags: Upside-down of logo tags.
 
We do not accept Return & Exchanges for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Plushie:
    • Not getting your desired character.
    • Minor aesthetic imperfections (slight misalignments, loose threads, small traces of excess plastic).
  • Boxes:
    • Dented or damaged boxes where the plushie inside is undamaged.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Return & Exchange requests can be submitted via Customer Happiness team or at any outlet where you intend to pickup the replacement.
  • Our team (CH or outlet baristas) will assess and confirm the eligibility of the item based on the reported defect.
  • If the item qualifies for exchange, a form will be provided to collect your purchase details along with any supporting images or videos of the defect.
  • Exchange requests are only accepted within 15 days from the purchase date and must include proof of purchase.
  • The ZUS BUDDY must be returned in its original condition, including the plushie and character card, at the selected outlet indicated in the form, along with the receipt and your personal details.
  • Returns can be made:
    • On the spot, if you are already in the outlet, or
    • During collection of the replacement, once notified.
  • The replacement will be delivered to the outlet within 2 weeks*. Please await notification from the outlet before returning to collect your item.
