ZUS BUDDY (‘Work In Progress’ Collection)
[1] Eligibility for Replacement
We accept replacement for:
Functionality issues on the Character Body such as:
– Missing piece of Character Body e.g. the box did not include a part of Character Body
– Different Character Card from Character Body
– Severe quality issue on Character Body
We do not accept replacements for:
– Change of mind.
– Not getting your desired character.
– Minor aesthetic imperfections.
– Dented or damaged boxes where the merchandise inside is undamaged.
The ZUS BUDDY ‘Work In Progress’ Collection consists of figurines which are carefully hand-crafted and hand-assembled which naturally results in slight imperfections which meet our Quality Control standards.
[2] Replacement Process
– Replacement requests can be submitted on ZUS App.
– Our Customer Happiness team will assess and confirm the eligibility of the item based on the reported defect.
– To qualify for a replacement, we require a photo of your receipt together with supporting photos and videos of the defect.
– The one-time replacement request is only accepted within seven (7) days from the purchase date and must include the receipt as proof of purchase.
– Should your ZUS BUDDY defect be entitled for a one-time replacement request, you will receive an email on the following week’s Wednesday with the tracking number of delivery to the address you provided to Customer Happiness. The delivery should arrive within 3-7 working days once you receive the tracking number. Please check the status on the courier service’s website.

The ZUS BUDDY ‘Work In Progress’ Collection consists of figurines which are carefully hand-crafted and hand-assembled which naturally results in slight imperfections which meet our Quality Control standards.
[2] Replacement Process
– Replacement requests can be submitted on ZUS App.
– Our Customer Happiness team will assess and confirm the eligibility of the item based on the reported defect.
– To qualify for a replacement, we require a photo of your receipt together with supporting photos and videos of the defect.
– The one-time replacement request is only accepted within seven (7) days from the purchase date and must include the receipt as proof of purchase.
– Should your ZUS BUDDY defect be entitled for a one-time replacement request, you will receive an email on the following week’s Wednesday with the tracking number of delivery to the address you provided to Customer Happiness. The delivery should arrive within 3-7 working days once you receive the tracking number. Please check the status on the courier service’s website.
– Below is a guideline of the replacement items, if your replacement request is eligible:

At ZUS, we take pride in crafting quality merchandise for our community. While every ZUS BUDDY is made with care, occasional issues can arise. Here’s a complete guide to our Replacement Policy process.
ZUS BUDDY (‘Work In Progress’ Collection)
[1] Eligibility for Replacement
We accept replacement for:
Functionality issues on the Character Body such as:
– Missing piece of Character Body e.g. the box did not include a part of Character Body
– Different Character Card from Character Body
– Severe quality issue on Character Body
We do not accept replacements for:
– Change of mind.
– Not getting your desired character.
– Minor aesthetic imperfections.

[2] Return & Exchange Process
1. Return & Exchange requests can be submitted via Customer Happiness team or at any outlet where customer intend to pick-up the replacement.
2. Our team (CH or outlet baristas) will assess and confirm the eligibility of the item based on the reported defect.
3. If the item qualifies for exchange, a form will be provided to collect the customer’s purchase details along with any supporting images or videos of the defect including photo of the receipt.
– a. If customer reaches out to CH, CH Specialist will fill out the replacement form
– b. If through the Outlet, Outlet Supervisor/PIC or even Outlet Manager when available, will fill out the replacement from on behalf of the customer
4. Exchange requests are only accepted within seven (7) days from the purchase date and must include proof of purchase.
5. The defective ZUS BUDDY WIP must be returned in its original condition, including the character body and character card, at the selected outlet indicated in the form, along with the receipt and customer personal details.
6. Returns can be made:
– a. On the spot, if customer is already in the outlet, or
– b. During collection of the replacement, once notified.
7. The replacement will be delivered to the outlet within three (3) weeks*. Customer awaits notification from the outlet before returning to collect their replacement item.
8. Defective items will be exchanged with a new box with a random character within the box. It is not a one-to-one replacement as it is a FREE GIFT with purchase at random.
